1 ORDER PLACING

By placing an order through the Manifestation Sisters website you confirm that:

You are older than 18 years of age, legally capable and authorised to enter into a contract under terms and conditions.
You accept all the terms of trading set out in this document.

2 ORDER COMPLETION

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when your order has been placed. However, if you receive an email to notify you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled your order in accordance with the instructions the contract between us will be void.

On the rare occasion that your order is not accepted, you will be notified via email as soon as possible. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

The product you ordered is unavailable from stock.
We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
A pricing or product description error has been identified.
You have failed to meet the ‘eligibility to order’ criteria set out in the main Terms and Conditions.

3 PAYMENTS

We accept payments by Wix payment systems and PayPal, payments processed online are a secure payment service. PayPal is a secure system, as part of our commitment to the security of our customers, we may contact you to request further validation of your details.

Please DO NOT send credit card or payment details by e-mail. Our online store includes a considerable level of security that is not included in the e-mail. If you have any queries about making payments please contact us by using our contact form.

Members are required to pay for their membership at the time of purchase and then on the same date each month thereafter. If your payment fails and we are unable to contact you to collect, we may terminate your membership and remove you from all the Manifestation Sisters sites. All items and resources in the membership will always be the property of the Manifestation Sisters and cannot be copied or disseminated.

The Manifestation Sisters are not responsible for any late fines or PayPal-reclaimed failed payments. It is your obligation to verify that your bank card details are correct and up to date if you pay your monthly membership fee through PayPal. To do so, follow the instructions below.

Please make yourself aware of PayPal’s Privacy Policy if this is your chosen payment gateway for your membership.

4 REMITTANCE TERMS

Please note that all goods must be paid for in full before shipping.

5 SECURITY

All payments are processed using the Wix or PayPal secure transaction system. PayPal details are not stored on the Internet or on any of our own computers, so you can order with confidence!

This website is fully integrated PayPal, one of the leading secure payment systems. Sensitive information is only requested on pages that are located on PayPal secure servers and this information cannot be accessed or viewed by anyone else.

Using these security systems ensures that your information remains between you and Paypal.

Despite this attention to security, we do understand that some people prefer not to enter their details online. If you have such concerns please contact us to arrange payment via cheque or postal order.

6 YOUR PRIVACY

Your privacy and trust are vital to us and we will treat all the details you provide to us with confidentiality. We do not participate in unsolicited mailing and avoid working with those who do. We never pass your personal contact information on to any other organisations, unless we are legally required to do so.

From time to time we send product information and offers to you directly via email and not through the third party. 7 PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

All pictures, illustrations and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only and show or represent the product described as accurately as possible. However, where product illustrations are unavailable or unsuitable, we reserve the right to substitute an alternative product of a similar or better quality. The information is provided only as a guideline. Full technical information is available for all products purchased upon request. All goods conform to manufacturers quality standards.

8 PRICES

All prices shown on our website exclude delivery. The total price shown at checkout is the price you will be charged. When paying for your goods by credit card, your card details are encrypted for total security.

9 MEMBERSHIP

Client agrees and understands that he/she is purchasing a monthly subscription to Embodied Self Concept, offering educational resources, monthly group coaching calls, and a community of like-minded individuals.

Client acknowledges that he/she has read the Membership Site Addendum and conducted any additional research necessary to feel he/she understands what is being provided in Embodied Self Concept as well as what is not included. Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein, as well as the general policies and procedures that can be found in this Agreement and on Manifestation Sisters website.

Embodied Self Concept is not to be considered a substitute for personalized medical, or legal advice. Embodied Self Concept is not designed to treat, cure or heal any mental, emotional, or other medical conditions. If you as the Client believe you may be in need of personalized attention, whether for your business, health, or otherwise, please seek additional assistance outside Embodied Self Concept.

Embodied Self Concept is a monthly subscription membership, clients will have access to the membership on a month to month basis for as long as they wish to remain in the Embodied Self Concept.

Clients are required to pay for Embodied Self Concept at the time of purchase and then every month there following on the same date each month. There are no hidden costs or contracts within Embodied Self Concept, you are not obligated to remain for any specific timeframe. You may subscribe and unsubscribe at anytime.

10 FORCE MAJEURE

We shall incur no liability for failure to perform our obligations under this contract due to the existence of circumstances which we have not caused or are beyond our control.

11 FEEDBACK

We welcome all your valued comments in striving to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. We would also be grateful if you have beneficial comments that would improve our product offering and service.

12 THIRD PARTY and USER CONTENT

You grant to the Manifestation Sisters and its affiliates and/or related entities a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable right to use your video(s), photo(s) and/or other content posted to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or Google+, together with your social media handle, social media username, profile picture, caption and location information you may have included in your content (“User Content”) that you have tagged with any of the Hashtag(s) defined below in any media, including but not limited to on its web pages and social media pages, retailer sites, third-party sites, stores for its marketing and/or its advertising. You grant Manifestation Sisters (Tia & Leah) the right to use your username, real name, image, likeness or other identifying information in connection with any use of your User Content.

We may use, display, reproduce, distribute, transmit, combine with other materials, alter and/or edit the User Content for legal and/or regulatory reasons in any way it sees fit (while maintaining the original sentiment), with no obligation to you whatsoever.

You may directly upload User Content or post User Content to your social media accounts. By uploading User Content and posting User Content that you have tagged with Brand hashtags to social media platforms,

You are solely responsible for any User Content that you submit. You are legally liable for the User Content that you submit including, for example, material protected by copyright, trademark, patent or trade secret law or other proprietary rights laws without permission of the author or owner or subject featured in such submission, or defamatory comments.

13 DISCLAIMER

The information found on all content platforms are intended to provide entertainment and educational information on topics.

We are not engaged in rendering legal, medical, financial or other professional services. If expert assistance is required, please seek the help of a professional.

14 CUSTOMER SERVICE

If you have any comments or questions about an order please contact our customer service team, using the contact us form on the website. We will endeavour to respond to all customer services enquiries as soon as possible.

15 COACHING

By booking our coaching services, you agree that the coaching services you purchase or download may only be used by you for your personal or business use and may not be sold or redistributed without the express written consent of the Company. You shall not create any derivative work based upon the services and you shall not offer any competing products or services based upon any information contained in the Courses. Not following the above shall be a breach of these terms and conditions. You also acknowledge the following:

I understand that Leah and Tia are not licensed counsellors, psychologists, therapists, medical doctors, nutritionists or any other medical professionals. They have no formal training in these fields and do not portray as such.
I accept complete responsibility for my emotional and/or physical well-being before, during, and after sessions, and I will instruct others with whom I share these techniques to take the same responsibility for themselves.
I agree that it is my responsibility to notify my therapist and/or psychical prior to using these tools and agree to their supervision if suggested. I will continue to take all medications as prescribed and remain under the care of my physician or therapist for any medical, emotional, or mental condition for which I am currently being treated or believe I may need treatment.
I will not use these techniques to try to solve a problem where my common sense would tell me it is not appropriate.
I take full responsibility for what I do with these techniques and will not hold the Manifestation sisters (Leah or Tia) and anyone else associated with the techniques, from any claims made by myself, or anyone whom I seek to help. Subject to the other provisions of this agreement, I may use any of the techniques on behalf of others or myself.
I understand that my full identity will NOT be disclosed, and all information exchanged during sessions is completely confidential, for the private use of the coach carrying out my session (Leah or Tia) only to assist in sessions.
I understand that all Coaching Sessions are scheduled in advance and after purchasing a session this will be scheduled using a booking system called Koalander in which details are only shared between you and your Coach. If for any reason you cannot attend a scheduled Coaching Session you are fully responsible for informing your Coach and arranging an appointment at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise the session will be deemed forfeit.
The Coaching Programmes are created and sold as whole packages and cannot be altered or partially completed in any way.
Coaching support is only permitted within the outlined working business hours.
After the outlined session support has ended, I understand that any support after this time will no longer be permitted.
The Coach reserves the right to change, modify or cancel any programmes or sessions as considered necessary. Any such change will be made in consultation with the Client.
All material relating to the Programme is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. All materials may not be recorded, used or reproduced without the written permission of the owner.

I understand that by purchasing/booking a coaching session or package with either one of the Manifestation Sisters, I am agreeing to the above terms. I voluntarily make and grant this Waiver and Assumption of Risk in favour of the Manifestation Sisters.

16 CANCELLATIONS & PAYMENT FOR COACHING

Payment is accepted upfront and cannot be refunded. We do allow re-scheduling within 24 hours' notice. There will be a £50 cancellation if you are unable to make your session without giving at least 24 hours prior notice.

No Show:

Clients who fail to cancel or reschedule a session (24 hours before the session) and do not attend a session will be charged the session amount in full. No-shows are non-refundable.
